Gota collects no personal data. Everything you log stays only on your device. The app has no internet access and never sends your data anywhere.

1. Who is responsible

This app is provided by DATA CENTER BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LTDA, registered under Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 31.845.673/0001-76. For any privacy question, write to contato@gotaapp.com.

2. What data we process

We collect no personal data. Your information — daily goal, water logs, settings, and reminder preferences — is stored only on your device (the app's local storage). There is no account, sign-up, or login.

3. No internet, no server

Gota does not request internet permission and has no servers. Your data is never transmitted, synced, or copied off your device.

4. No ads, analytics, or third parties

The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs. Nothing is shared with third parties.

5. Permissions

The app uses only the notifications permission (to show the hydration reminders you choose to enable). Reminders are generated and processed entirely on your device.

6. Deleting your data

Because everything is local, you are in full control: use "Reset" in the app to clear the day, or uninstall the app to remove all data. There is nothing on any server to delete.

7. Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights

Since we do not process any personal data off your device, there is no data in our custody to access, correct, port, or delete. The company named above remains available for any question. (Brazilian data protection law — LGPD, Law 13.709/2018.)

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date.
